* Add Claude Code agents for specialized development tasks

Add six specialized Claude Code agents to enhance development workflow:
- code-reviewer: Code review with security and Go best practices
- documentation-writer: Documentation maintenance and CLI docs
- kubernetes-expert: Operator patterns, CRDs, and controllers
- mcp-protocol-expert: MCP specification and transport implementation
- oauth-expert: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and authentication flows
- toolhive-expert: Deep ToolHive architecture and codebase knowledge

These agents provide domain-specific expertise and are automatically
available when using Claude Code in this repository.

- Add "When to Invoke" sections to all agents for clear scope boundaries
- Add cross-agent coordination guidance for handoff scenarios
- Add example scenarios to illustrate agent capabilities

- Add caching strategy guidance to mcp-protocol-expert
- Add good/bad documentation examples to documentation-writer
- Improve clarity on when to defer to specialized agents
