Fixed the xml type argument in sp_xml_preparedocument procedure (#4156)

Currently in Babelfish, sp_xml_preparedocument procedure supports only string datatypes (char, nchar, varchar, nvarchar, text, ntext) for argument xmltext whereas TSQL support xmltext argument of type char, nchar, varchar, nvarchar, text, ntext or xml.

Added support for xml datatype arguments .
