Add seccomp profile to operator container security context (#2209)

* Add seccomp profile to operator container security context

This commit adds a RuntimeDefault seccomp profile to the operator's
container security context to comply with Kubernetes security best
practices and address security CI findings.

The RuntimeDefault profile restricts system calls available to the
container, reducing the attack surface and aligning with Pod Security
Standards (Restricted policy level).
