Dev update barra barpa varlists (#184)

* Updated BARRA_V2 and BARPA struc to include more variables and domains.
* Updated BARRA2 placeholders to match CORDEX and BARPA
* Added error ignore to dropping of vars.
* Added my name to contributors.
* Updated BARRA2 notebook to match new DRS structure
* Added BARRA2 notebook to Gallery
* Removed errors='ignore' but introduced **kwargs to variables.py
