REPL Loop Enhancements:
- Resolved related edge cases in the console's REPL loop uncovered during the investigation.
- The shell now correctly handles End-of-File (EOF) from piped input for graceful termination, without causing regressions in interactive or IDE-based sessions.
- Hardened console operations (clearLine) against exceptions when called on a closed terminal, preventing abrupt crashes.
