Docs: Fix incorrect Gerrit port

The CONTRIBUTING.rst file contained an incorrect port number (29413)
for cloning the repository via SSH. This has been corrected to 29418
to match the port specified in .gitreview file.

This fix ensures consistency across documentation and prevents
confusion for new contributors attempting to clone the repository.
