encode latest FeatureInfo request (#3336)

* Refactor ShareService to use SEARCH_RESULT_HIGHLIGHT_FEATURE_CATEGORY for highlight feature validation

* add property category for crosshair visualization

* Remove unnecessary call to removeHighlightFeaturesByCategory in selectResult method

* Refactor : move highlight feature constants  to domain module

* Update CROSSHAIR parameter description to clarify coordinate usage

* Add FEATURE_INFO_REQUEST parameter to QueryParameters enum

* Add featureInfo change listener to ObserveStateForEncodingPlugin

* Add fromString function and unit tests for coordinate parsing
