* moves lifting unit tests into submodule

* fixes problem when not preserved linkage types lead to duplicate symbols

* adds optnone flag to outlined functions

* adds function to used to prevent DCE

* removed optnone in lto and removes debug print

* adds static global test case

* fixes race condition in basic test

* fixes LULESH verifier

* updates verifier for rodinia
