Fix adapter leak (#526)

* Make Adapter base classnot inheriting from ComObject

We don't want ref-counting for Adapter objects, as they are lazily created on demand and stored in static vectors for the duration of the program.

* Cleanup

* Re-enable leak test

* Fix metal

* Make IAdapter not inherit from ISlangUnknown

Represents the static nature of adapters more faithfully
