feat: add --json flag to list command (#42)

Adds machine-readable JSON output to the list command for scripting and automation.

Changes:
- Add serde_json dependency to workspace
- Add --json flag to ListArgs struct
- Implement JSON serialization of template registry
- Add JsonTemplate struct for output format
- Update existing tests to include json: false
- Add 2 new unit tests for JSON functionality
- Add integration test for --json flag
- Update README with --json usage example

JSON output includes all template fields: key, name, description, repository, subfolder, and frameworks array.
