feat: add Somnia chain support (#1755)

Add Somnia blockchain support with the following updates:
- Add Somnia enum to Chain type
- Add chain ID 5031 for Somnia network
- Configure WSOMI token for offers (0x046ede956)
- Set native SOMI token for listings
- Use GUNZILLA_CONDUIT_KEY for Somnia transactions
