Move one-parameter "parse" methods from public API into test fixtures

Those should not be exposed as part of Smack's API, as they allow an
XmlEnvironment nor an JxmppContext to be passed. In fact, they should
not be used, but move them into test fixtures for now.

The move revealed a few places where Smack itself was using them
erroneously.
