fix(di): add PhpInternalSourceLocator to allow reflection of internal classes

This change addresses an issue where the `ContainerBuilder` was unable to perform
reflection on built-in PHP classes, such as `enum`s.

The `PhpInternalSourceLocator` has been added to the list of source locators,
which allows `BetterReflection` to correctly find and analyze these internal
classes.

Fixes #1309
