* Refactor Jido.AI module and enhance logging capabilities

* Formatting - Update JWT token test for clarity

- Reformatted the JWT token string in the `Jido.AI.Keyring.FilterTest` to improve readability.

* Refactor Jido.AI.Keyring for improved environment variable management

- Updated the `Jido.AI` module to dynamically construct keys for API keys and models, enhancing flexibility.
- Introduced a new private function in `Jido.AI.Keyring` to generate environment table names, improving ETS table management.
- Enhanced the `start_link` and `init` functions to support unique ETS table names and added error handling for environment table lookups.
- Updated the `terminate` function to clean up ETS tables on process termination, preventing conflicts on restart.
- Removed redundant sensitive patterns in the `Jido.AI.Keyring.Filter` module for better clarity.
