refactor(ci): update GitHub Actions to use PHP 8.4

This commit updates the GitHub Actions workflows to use PHP version 8.4 instead of 8.3. This change affects the security-analysis.yml, static-analysis.yml, code-coverage.yml, and coding-standards.yml files, ensuring that all continuous integration processes are executed against the newer PHP version. The unit-tests.yml workflow was also modified to run tests exclusively on PHP 8.4.
