Fix Telegram retry logic bug

The retry mechanism wasn't working properly because it was returning
the wrong error variable (err instead of e), causing retries to fail
immediately. This fix ensures that failed Telegram sends are properly
retried 3 times with 5-second delays, which should help with timeout
issues for large audio files.
