Merge branch 'bugfix/edit-doi-after-save' into 'main'
* Fixed DOI fields editing

* Fix dataset title clearing upon save

* Comment out drafts, remove Options

* Fix Describe step clearing

* Fix clearing DOI form

* Fix affiliation and keywords saving and editing

* Multiple keywords saving possible

* Edit and clear Identifier step

Closes #1035 and #1036
