feat: add getTraitOffers API method with tests (#1719)

- Add getTraitOffersPath helper function to apiPaths.ts
- Add getTraitOffers method to OpenSeaAPI class following existing patterns
- Add integration tests using boredapeyachtclub/Fur/Solid Gold test data
- Support pagination and numeric trait parameters
- All tests passing including unit and integration tests
