Remove non-essential features to focus on core voice pipeline

Per user request, simplified stts to only support the core pipeline:
claude hooks -> stts -> claude -p -> audio engine -> play

Changes:
- Removed config, status, detect commands
- Removed ToolDetector class
- Removed all backup/restore functionality
- Removed LLM feedback system
- Removed dangerous command blocking
- Removed context-builder and transcript-parser
- Simplified STTSConfig to only audioEnabled and debug
- Kept only: enable, disable, test, hook commands
- Fixed all TypeScript compilation errors
- Fixed all ESLint errors
- All tests passing

This creates a much simpler, focused voice announcement tool.
