Maia global keystone clean (#200)

* first draft of global keystone enablement

* add test

* fix lints, errors

* move log.go to use gobits logg package

* docs tests and server.go updates

* fixing go.mod merge

* add TODO to replace the entire logs.go with go-bits logg

* replace custom logger with go-bits logg
