flip order clip and transformation (#169)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Clip before transformation, not after.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
yes, but it was wrong before

### Other information:
ex. if hurs =0.1 -> hurslogit=-6.9. This is normal and wanted (I think).
The issue is if hurs =100, we should clip it before going into the
transformation.
