DOI form validation (merge commit)

Merge branch 'feature/required-validation' into 'main'
* Test required field validation in form

* Add custom RKMS-ISO8601 date validation to schema validator

* Simplify FormArray and unregister when array items are removed

* Fix wrong error parsing causing missing required field errors not appear in form errors

* Add alert when DOI form validation fails

Closes #1058, #1055, and #1045
