Update api of Job and Pipelines (#48)

* working on job api

* renaming and tests

* add get for pipeline linked to a MR

* add api pipeline from merge request

* add a default per_page variable to override if needed in subclasses

* change default item per page name

* revert method names to getAll

* Update GitlabRessource.class.st
