* Modernize System files: Replace 500+ AddInstruction calls with helper methods and add 150+ XML docs across 18 files

* Fix line ending issues in Roslyn analyzer code fix providers - Replace SyntaxEditor with direct node replacement to preserve formatting and ensure cross-platform compatibility with .editorconfig settings - All 60 analyzer tests now pass
