Add CFConfig integration into DharAlgorithm and update related methods

- Introduced CFConfig to manage chip configurations in DharAlgorithm.
- Updated initialization to accept CFDivisor and modified related methods to work with CFConfig.
- Refactored methods to ensure compatibility with the new configuration management.
- Adjusted tests to validate the new structure and functionality.
