feat(upgrade): begin using Images from NodeClass Status in provisioning and drift (#804)

Updating Karpenter to use the Images from NodeClass Status within its logic, rather than fetching updated versions each time. Cases updated:
- Provisioning
- Drift

Follow Ups:
- Restructuring Drift error handling, as non-blocking of cases at the higher level
