* fix(indexer): propagate database errors back to the caller

* chore: remove receipt from request

Receipts are created and signed by the Gateway
so no need to create and send them as part of the
request header.

* chore: remove unused constats and imports

* fix: install libsasl2-dev dependency in containers

* refactor: add more helper functions and rename module to utils

* refactor: use utils module and add new but simple test

* chore: use latest local network

* fix: Update copyright notice to use ampersand instead of 'i'
