Wire BagitArchive to lambda handler

Why these changes are being introduced:

The BagitArchive class contains the bulk of this application's
business logic and needs wiring to the AWS Lambda handler.

How this addresses that need:
* Refactors the AWS Lambda handling for a lightweight class based
approach
* Creates new 'create-bagit-zip' supported action
* Incorporates a JSONSchema for validating the input payload, to
produce more detailed responses if the request payload is
invalid.
