Add monkey tests for word segmenter with fixing word segmenter rules. (#6442)

Adding monkey tests to fix word segmenter bugs.

Although we define built-in types in Rust side now, I would like to
define it on TOML data side using UnicodeSet to fix segmenter rules by
TOML only at future.
