Add test_after_commit

Rails < 5 & Device 4.x have some minor conflicts in how they handle
various afer commit / after save callbacks, and this gem just patches
that all to work for now. We can drop this after Rails 5 upgrade.

Restore missing tests and run standardrb over a changed file to bring
the formatting into compliance with the declared config
