* fix sample percentages in per-sample HTML table
* count per-barcode hits rather than per sample
* report individual barcode counts in JSON report
* report individual barcode counts in HTML report
* stack barcodes in demultiplexing barplot and identify in tooltip
* adds button to show/hide multiple barcodes
