13 add push to openbis to update masterdata in openbis new version (#132)

* Added to_openbis() to all entity types

* Improved and simplified version of generic _to_openbis() without checks (already performed by the checker)

* Fixed _to_openbis for all entities, including vocabularies with special treatment

* Added push_to_openbis option to cli, that performs checks and if all good, pushes

* Changed to_openbis2 for to_openbis

* Added push_to_openbis option to the cli, working and for every entity type

* Fixed test, now dicts have same order as datamodel

* Fixed mypy checks in tests

* Fixed entities properties and terms getters

* Fixed mro terms for vocabularies

* Lots of fixes to work with excel files

* mypy fixes

* conflict resolved
