97 in fill masterdata using cli from excel files generate only the files that are present in the excel file not generate empty files (#101)

* Moved entities_dict.py to metadata folder

* Added classes to SourceLoader

* Moved entities_dict.py to metadata folder

* Added classes to SourceLoader

* Added excel to entities and entities to json functions to have exactly the same formatted dict JSON style for later comparisons and checks

* SourceLoader added to checker with 2 different origins: python directory and excel file

* Added testing cases for SourceLoader and minor changes, like formatting functions added to utils module

* Fixes to tests with logs

* Changed cli so now just generated the files which entity types are present in the system
