Fix von CreateFromDirectoryAsync_NoWritePermission_ThrowsUnauthorizedAccessException() test using NSubstitute.

CreateFromDirectoryAsync_SubdirectoriesAreIncluded_CreatesArchiveWithHierarchy problems in converting tests to work with all operating systems.

* Add check for absolut path in ValidatePath.
