Follow [PM][+-] indicators of constellation edges

Some sky cultures define their boundaries to follow RA/DE grid of
their epoch, while the others just want the lines to be connected along
the great circles. Now the former should indicate which line (parallel
or meridian) the given boundary should follow and in which direction,
while the latter can just leave underscores in place of these
indicators.
