Avoid hiccups (Fix #4112)

- Immediate-storing topocentric setting causes high disk traffic and short stalls when e.g. sun is centered and ExtraInfoString is created.
- This only disables the immediate-store and brings some code cleanup (move short methods from header to cpp)
- A "save" button for topocentric correction setting will be added later.
