multiple fixes and enhancements

- added a `beep` method
- default stream is now stderr instead of stdout
- added a Sequence object for dynamically generating sequences
  which enhances the use of stacks
- the write method no longer adds tabs between parameters
- the write method now executes functions passed as parameters
  it will write the first result of the call
- cursor_pops fixed to release the last item as well
- added a ready function, to see if the module was already
  initialzed
