 Extend export_to CLI to accept directory paths (#48)

* Added force_delete option to CLI and delete_and_created_directory

Added export dir to export_to_excel

Deleted unused imports

* Added --python-path to CLI for exporting

Added directory_path option to be a single file

* Added more info to the log_storage

* Increased testing of log_storage
