* Add `IEquatable` to WitnessCondition

* Added `null` check to `Equal(other)`

* Fixed `Equals` compacked method

* Added `AggressiveInlining`

* Fixed `==` and `!=`

* Remove size from Equals, fix NotCondition, remove ( )
