* replace STSFLD with PUSH const

* RemoveInitialize

* CompressJump

* cancel PUSHA in _initialize for [NoReentrant]

* do not modify manifest when there is LDSFLD

* test IsVirtual (override, abstract, virtual)

* cancel Union(pushNewCompoundType)

* update unit test and gas test

* update neo
