Updating WebUI in Remote Control plug-in (#3929)

- Added button "Go to home" onto bottom panel
- Added ability to use new SSO features via Remote Control plugin
- Added ability to set a duration of returning to a initial location, FOV, and direction of view (helpful for real planetariums)
- Restored ability to set the light pollution (Bortle class) through WUI
