Adds a basic unit test for endPort in the port specification

Verfies that a port specification which includes endPort writes the expected
iptables rule with `--dport N:N`, and that one that doesn't include endPort
writes the normal iptables rule with `--dport N`.

27 of 38 new or added lines in 3 files covered. (71.05%)
