udn, e2e, non-IC: add comments explaining which ls manager to use A logical switch manager automatically reserves the .1 and .2 IP addresses for **all** layer3 networks and for user defined primary layer2 networks (not localnet !!!). Those 2 addresses are required for egressing the cluster - on secondary networks they are not required, for the following reasons, depending on the topology: - layer2: this is a disconnected network. No point reserving IPs for the GW or mgmt port - localnet: this physical network is managed by the user; it is their responsibility to exclude the GW themselves Keep in mind the logical switch manager path is only used for non-IC deployments; the equivalent on IC deployments was handled on commit ID [0].
