* Update terraform-plugin-docs to 0.19.2

* Add test to replace link when changing slots

this is to test the code change for fixing #95 (test currently fails)

* Ensure link gets replaced when slots are changes

fixes #95

* Implement link deletion

- actually call API when deleting links
- needs updated gocmlclient 0.0.23
- do the slot replace link test slightly different

* Use TF 1.7 and 1.8 instead of 1.4 and 1.6

* Add more steps to link slot test
