perf: tentatively replace converted string literal pool with fragile but very efficient Utf8.TryWriteInterpolatedHandler's AppendLiteral which too can fold UTF-16->UTF-8 literal conversion via intrinsified but internal UTF8EncodingSealed.ReadUtf8; this also gets rid of the last reference to CWT, reducing binary size
