* Force `SelectorEventLoop` for asyncio under Windows if event loop is not set

* Document `SelectorEventLoop` is only supported under windows.
* Document `uvloop` is officially not supported.

* Add log record for altered event loop policy and restore default in destructor

* Restore altered event loop policy

* Notice behavior in docstring

* un-mangle variables

* Update urwid/event_loop/asyncio_loop.py
