Added class SugarDbConfiguration with lets you configure some values, then when in SugarDB the method onConfigure is called SugarDbConfiguration is applied.
Modified SugarContext to add SugarDbConfiguration in method init
Added Test for SugarDbConfiguration class
Added RoboElectric to run test for sugarDbConfiguration
