Commit Message

Added module "lazy" for fixing imports. Replaced jedi.* to "evaluate".

This module allows to write more useful import command, even they fail for
the first time due to mutual dependency:
    "try: from .. import ..; except ImportError: lazy.collect(..import_args)"
and must be retried later after return to the parent module:
    "lazy.retry_import()"

Pull Request Pull Request #217: Removed import hack. Relative imports changed to absolute.
