nanshe/misc/neuron_matplotlib_viewer.py: Provides a span selector on top of the color bar to pick the range of values to show. Values outside of the range are clipped to the min and max of the selection. The span selector remains in place to make the selection clear. Clicking on the color bar removes the selection and returns to the specified min and max.
