Use fixed seed in model tests

Suggested by @lukeyeager to reduce the amount of non determinism
in those tests.

Tested with:
./digits-test -v --with-coverage --cover-package=digits -s

100 iterations of the full test suite.(83400 tests in total)

4 failures:
digits.model.images.classification.test_views.TestCaffeLeNet.test_classify_one ... FAIL
digits.model.images.classification.test_views.TestCaffeLeNet.test_classify_one_json ... FAIL
